  1. 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  2. 1 tsp. olive oil
  3. 1/4 dash sea salt
  4. 1 tsp. curry powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Spread seeds out as evenly as possible over a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes.
