Ingredients
  1. 6 cups fresh spinach
  2. 3 hard boiled eggs
  3. 1/4 cup diced red onion
  4. 1 piece crispy bacon (crumbled)
  5. 1/4 cup low fat shredded mozzarella
  6. 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flake
  7. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  8. 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
  1. Toss together spinach leaves, hardboiled eggs (diced), red onion, low fat mozzarella, red pepper flake and crispy bacon
  2. drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar
