Ingredients
  1. 3 lb. ground turkey
  2. ¼ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  3. One whole egg
  4. 1 tbsp. dried rosemary
  5. ¼ cup whole wheat flour
  6. 2 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs and egg. Divide into 5 to 8 portions.
  2. With damp hands, pat each portion into a burger. Dust each burger with the flour and place into a nonstick skillet.
  3. Brown on each side.
  4. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and water.
  5. Pour over burgers in the skillet, reduce heat to just above simmer. Finish cooking burgers on low heat for 15 minutes, covered.
  6. If needed add more water to keep coating moist

    I can not find all of your recipe on this site,I’m finding about 5-6 80% recipe and than it goes to 5-6 20%,now I know I’m probably doing something wrong but I just can not find all of your recipes just a few..

      Richard, Thank you for visiting the site. I had a glitch in the software I was using to input the recipes, it corrupted the amounts.
