Ingredients
  1. Jicama
  2. Mango
  3. Coconut milk
  4. Lime juice
  5. Curry powder
  6. Cilantro or mint
Instructions
  1. Chop or slice jicama (or radishes/kohlrabi) and mango.
  2. Mix with coconut milk, lime juice, curry powder, and cilantro or mint.
Notes
  1. Radishes, or kohlrabi can be substituted for the jicama.
  2. Delicious chilled or freshly prepared.
