Ingredients
- Jicama
- Mango
- Coconut milk
- Lime juice
- Curry powder
- Cilantro or mint
Instructions
- Chop or slice jicama (or radishes/kohlrabi) and mango.
- Mix with coconut milk, lime juice, curry powder, and cilantro or mint.
Notes
- Radishes, or kohlrabi can be substituted for the jicama.
- Delicious chilled or freshly prepared.
