Ingredients
  1. 1 half whole wheat pita
  2. 2 leaves Bibb or other tender lettuces
  3. 1/4 avocado, peeled and sliced
  4. 2 tomato slices
  5. 1 T reduced fat ranch dressing
  6. salt and pepper to taste
  7. squeeze of lime
  8. Turkey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast a pita half then fill with the lettuce, tomato and avocado. Drizzle the ranch dressing over, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime. Add a few slices of turkey if you like.
