GNG:Avocado, Lettuce and Tomato Pita
A Yummy Grab N' Go sandwich.

- 1 half whole wheat pita
- 2 leaves Bibb or other tender lettuces
- 1/4 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 2 tomato slices
- 1 T reduced fat ranch dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- squeeze of lime
- Turkey (optional)
- Toast a pita half then fill with the lettuce, tomato and avocado. Drizzle the ranch dressing over, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime. Add a few slices of turkey if you like.
