  1. 2 pepperoncini
  2. 4 cornichons
  3. 4 greek or italian olives
  4. 1/2 cup slices carrots and cucumber
  5. 1 T reduced calorie balsamic vinaigrette
  6. 1 oz. low fat swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
  7. 2 bread sticks
  1. Toss all ingredients except the breadsticks with the balsamic vinaigrette and let sit for at least 10 minutes or even better overnight!
  2. Serve chilled or room temperature with the breadsticks.
