- 2 pepperoncini
- 4 cornichons
- 4 greek or italian olives
- 1/2 cup slices carrots and cucumber
- 1 T reduced calorie balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 oz. low fat swiss cheese, cut into small cubes
- 2 bread sticks
- Toss all ingredients except the breadsticks with the balsamic vinaigrette and let sit for at least 10 minutes or even better overnight!
- Serve chilled or room temperature with the breadsticks.
