What is Robin Shea Inspired Living?
Robin Shea will tell you, she is a wife and mother first and foremost. Robin and her husband, Greg were married in 1988 and have four sons. Robin struggled for years searching for her “Forever Lifestyle” and when the puzzle pieces finally fit together what had always been a struggle became a joyous journey. After undergoing her own Healthy Lifestyle Transformation in 2002, Robin Shea dedicated her life to helping others achieve the balance, health and happiness she discovered through creating the 80/20 Lifestyle.
Robin spent years perfecting her nutrition, writing recipes, discovering tools, tips and techniques to help her make better nutritional and physical decisions, and teaching her husband and children how to embrace the 80/20 Lifestyle. In 2004, Robin began sharing this process with MOPs (Mother’s of Preschoolers) groups all over Kentucky. Next, she was asked to host a weekly cooking segment in South Central Kentucky, which focused on her recipes, and tips. In 2010 Robin wrote her first pilot for PBS where she continues today.
